The MP1471A is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve a 3A output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation. The MP1471A has synchronous-mode operation for higher efficiency over the output current-load range. Current-mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Protection features include over-current protection and thermal shutdown. The MP1471A requires a minimal number of readily-available, standard, external components and is available in a space-saving 6-pin TSOT23 package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP1471AGJ-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP1471AGJ-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP1471AGJ-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP1471AGJ-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
