Shipping & Delivery Policy

YG GROUP is committed to providing secure, reliable, and well-coordinated shipping services for electronic components and related products. This Policy explains our order processing, shipping arrangements, freight calculations, packaging, customs coordination, and delivery support.

The specific arrangements for each order will be set out in the quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, sales contract, or other written agreement accepted by both parties. Where this Policy differs from specifically agreed transaction terms, those transaction terms will prevail, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Transportation costs, customs arrangements, insurance obligations, and the transfer of risk are separate matters. Where an Incoterms® rule is incorporated into an order, the applicable rule, edition, and named place or port should be specified. Payment of freight or use of a particular carrier account does not, by itself, determine when transportation risk transfers between the parties.

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after the product specifications, manufacturer, quantities, availability, payment arrangements, delivery details, and any necessary compliance information have been confirmed.

Order processing may include stock allocation, inspection, packaging, document preparation, and carrier booking. The processing time depends on the products, stock location, order size, and agreed service requirements.

Products shown as available remain subject to final stock confirmation. Sourced, non-stock, specially packaged, or otherwise customized orders may require additional preparation time. The expected dispatch schedule will be confirmed for the individual order.

2. Shipping Methods and Arrangements

Depending on the destination and shipment requirements, transportation may be arranged through international express services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, or through air freight, sea freight, and approved freight forwarders. Available options will be confirmed for each order.

The shipping origin, carrier, service level, delivery destination, and any special delivery instructions should be agreed before dispatch. Service availability is subject to the route, product characteristics, carrier acceptance, and applicable restrictions.

Customers may request the use of their own carrier account or nominate a freight forwarder. Account authorization, collection instructions, delivery references, and any necessary booking details must be verified before the shipment is released.

Using a customer-nominated carrier or forwarder does not automatically change the agreed delivery obligations, allocation of costs, or transfer of risk. Those matters remain governed by the applicable transaction terms and law.

3. Calculation of Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the actual shipment details and the agreed logistics services. They may include base freight, applicable surcharges, and related service charges. Not every item below applies to every shipment; included services and separately priced items will be identified in the relevant quotation or order documents.

Shipping Routes and Service Levels

Freight varies according to the shipping origin, destination, postal code, transportation route, carrier, and service level. Express delivery, standard freight, expedited transportation, and special pickup or delivery arrangements may have different pricing structures.

Chargeable Weight and Shipment Dimensions

International express and air freight commonly use the greater of actual packed weight and volumetric weight as the chargeable weight. Outer packaging, protective materials, carton dimensions, and the number of packages may affect the calculation. The applicable conversion method depends on the selected carrier and service.

For sea freight, less-than-container-load shipments are generally priced by weight or volume under the applicable tariff, while full-container-load shipments are generally priced according to container size, type, and quantity.

Origin, Transit, and Destination Services

Related charges may arise for collection, inland transportation, warehouse handling, loading and unloading, consolidation, deconsolidation, terminal handling, and final delivery. Some freight services quote these charges separately from the main international transportation charge.

Carrier Surcharges

Applicable surcharges may include fuel, remote-area pickup or delivery, oversized or overweight packages, non-stackable cargo, and non-standard handling. Peak-demand, emergency, security, or other route-specific surcharges may also apply under the carrier’s service conditions.

Special Packaging and Handling

Packaging or handling beyond the agreed standard may be separately priced, including customized labels, additional reinforcement, palletization, protective crating, or other special preparation. Such requirements may also affect the packed weight and dimensions. Any separately priced service will be identified in the order documents.

Shipping Insurance and Value Protection

Where cargo insurance or shipment-value protection is arranged, a premium or service fee may apply according to the insured or protected value, shipment details, and provider’s terms. The coverage, exclusions, and whether the service is included in the quotation will be confirmed separately.

A customs-value declaration or a declared value for carrier liability does not, by itself, confirm that cargo insurance has been purchased.

Customs Documentation and Clearance Services

Additional service charges may arise for customs declarations, brokerage, formal clearance, inspections, permits, supplementary documents, or special regulatory processing. Their applicability depends on the goods, the jurisdictions involved, and the services actually required.

Shipment Changes and Additional Operations

Changes to the address, destination, service level, shipment quantity, or delivery arrangement may require freight to be recalculated. Address correction, rerouting, additional delivery attempts, and return transportation may generate further charges when those services occur.

Storage and Extended Holding

Storage charges may arise when goods remain in a warehouse or customs-controlled facility beyond the applicable free period, where one is provided. Containerized sea freight may also incur demurrage, detention, or terminal storage charges when the relevant free time is exceeded.

Estimates and Final Confirmation

Unless expressly confirmed as a fixed amount, freight quoted before final packaging is an estimate based on the available shipment information and quotation conditions. Final packing, weighing, measurement, or carrier verification may affect the amount.

The quotation will identify the applicable currency, validity period, included services, and adjustment conditions. Any agreed fixed-price arrangement will remain subject to its confirmed scope and conditions. Proposed changes to agreed pricing or services will be communicated for confirmation.

Charges that can only be established after dispatch, such as certain customs, storage, or destination-service charges, will be reviewed against supporting records and handled under the applicable transaction terms and law.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

Customs duties, import value-added tax, goods and services tax, and similar government charges are distinct from freight and customs-service fees. Applicable assessments are determined under the requirements of the relevant customs and tax authorities.

Whether these amounts are included in a quotation, excluded, or subject to later confirmation will be stated in the relevant order documents. Payment, advance-payment, and reimbursement arrangements, where applicable, will follow the agreed transaction terms and applicable law.

A freight payment or carrier billing instruction should not be treated as confirmation that all import taxes or destination charges have been included. Any uncertainty should be clarified before dispatch.

5. Estimated Dispatch and Delivery Time

The overall delivery period may include order preparation, transportation, customs clearance, and local delivery. Order processing time is separate from transit time, which begins when the carrier physically accepts the shipment.

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless a binding date or specific delivery commitment has been expressly agreed in writing. Estimated arrival dates may change as the shipment progresses through the carrier’s network or customs procedures.

Customers with production-critical, maintenance, or other time-sensitive requirements should communicate the required schedule before confirming the order. Any special service commitment, including its conditions, must be confirmed in writing.

6. Packaging and Product Protection

Packaging will be selected according to the product type, handling requirements, and agreed order specifications. Protective measures may include electrostatic-discharge protective materials, moisture-barrier bags, desiccant, humidity indicator cards, reels, trays, tubes, cut tape, cushioning, and suitable outer cartons.

Moisture-protective packaging will be selected where appropriate to the device’s sensitivity and handling requirements, rather than applied identically to every product.

Original factory-sealed packaging, full reels, specified date or lot codes, customized labels, and other special requirements must be agreed before order confirmation. Availability and any associated preparation requirements will be confirmed for the relevant products.

Any repacking for inspection, quantity division, or shipment protection must remain consistent with the agreed product and packaging requirements. Separately priced packaging services will be identified in the order documents.

7. Partial and Consolidated Shipments

Partial or consolidated shipments may be arranged by agreement according to product availability, stock locations, package limitations, customs requirements, or delivery schedules.

The shipment plan and its effects on delivery timing, packaging, documentation, and freight will be reviewed before dispatch. Any resulting changes to the agreed commercial arrangements will be confirmed in writing.

A request for, or arrangement of, a partial shipment does not by itself determine how any additional charges are allocated. Applicable arrangements will follow the confirmed order terms.

8. Shipping Information and Tracking

Customers should provide complete and accurate recipient details, company name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, email address, and any necessary delivery references. Changes should be communicated as early as possible.

YG GROUP will provide the tracking number or shipment reference when available. A tracking number or shipping label may be generated during preparation and does not, by itself, confirm that the carrier has collected the goods.

Please monitor shipment updates and respond promptly to delivery or documentation requests. Changes requested after dispatch are subject to carrier acceptance, operational feasibility, and any applicable customs requirements.

9. Customs Clearance and Trade Compliance

Export and import clearance arrangements, including the relevant exporter, importer of record, and customs broker where required, will be identified in accordance with the agreed transaction terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

Both parties should provide accurate information and documents within their respective control in a timely manner. Depending on the shipment, these may include company details, tax registrations, import or export authorizations, end-user information, and end-use statements.

YG GROUP will provide the agreed commercial invoice, packing list, and other available supporting documents. Customs information must accurately reflect the transaction and goods. Requests for false descriptions, quantities, values, origin information, or other misleading declarations will not be accepted.

Shipment may be held pending necessary information, regulatory review, or authorization. YG GROUP will not dispatch goods where the shipment would violate applicable customs, export-control, sanctions, or other trade requirements.

10. Delivery Inspection and Shipment Claims

Please inspect the outer packaging, seals, labels, and carton count upon delivery. Where visible damage, tampering, or missing cartons are identified, record the issue with the carrier where practicable and notify YG GROUP promptly.

Please provide the order or invoice number, tracking number, affected part numbers and quantities, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs. Retain the original packaging and affected goods for investigation, and avoid unnecessarily opening protective or moisture-sealed component packaging.

Carrier and insurer claims may have specific reporting deadlines and evidence requirements. Prompt notification to YG GROUP supports investigation but does not replace any formal claim required by the carrier or insurer.

YG GROUP will provide reasonable assistance with shipment investigations and supporting documents. The appropriate claimant and claim procedure will depend on the transportation contract, insurance arrangement, and any necessary authorization.

A delivery signature or “delivered” tracking status does not, by itself, constitute final acceptance of concealed damage or product nonconformity. Product-quality issues and return requests will be handled under the applicable order terms and YG Group’s Refund & Return Policy. Please obtain written return instructions before sending goods back.

11. Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Shipments may be affected by customs inspections, transportation disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, regulatory restrictions, incomplete documentation, or unsuccessful delivery attempts. YG GROUP will provide available updates and reasonable coordination when an issue is identified.

Where a shipment cannot be delivered as planned, available options may include further delivery attempts, collection, rerouting, temporary storage, or return. The appropriate action will be discussed based on the shipment status, carrier capabilities, regulatory requirements, and agreed delivery terms.

Any resulting charges, refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be assessed according to the confirmed circumstances, applicable transaction terms, relevant carrier or insurance arrangements, and law. Such amounts are not automatically assigned to either party merely because a delay, failed delivery, refusal, or return has occurred.

A carrier investigation or insurance decision does not, by itself, determine or replace the rights and obligations between YG GROUP and the customer under their sales agreement. Nothing in this Policy excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
