The MP6302 is an energy storage and release controller. It charges storage capacitor from input during normal operation. Once the storage capacitor is charged to the selected voltage, the charge is stopped, and the storage capacitor is separated from the input. The charging circuit maintains the storage voltage after the charge is completed. The MP6302 keeps monitoring the input voltage, and releases the charge from storage capacitor to the input capacitor when the input voltage is lower than a selected release voltage. It regulates the input voltage close to release voltage for as long as possible. The MP6302 has built-in current limit circuit during the charging of the storage capacitor. The storage and release voltage can be programmed to user desired value by external resistors. MP6302 comes in a tiny 2mmx3mm QFN10 package and requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP6302DD-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP6302DD-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP6302DD-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP6302DD-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
