Information submitted through RFQ forms, BOM uploads, customer accounts, purchase documents, contracts, or payment processes is handled separately in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable security procedures.

We may record that an RFQ or BOM upload was completed for website-performance or conversion-measurement purposes, but we do not intend to send the complete contents of such submissions to advertising platforms.

The current cookie-preference center available through the “Cookie Settings” link on the Site should identify, where applicable:

Where YG GROUP is required by applicable law to recognize a valid GPC or similar legally recognized opt-out preference signal, we will make reasonable efforts to process that signal as an applicable opt-out request for the browser or device from which it is received.

GPC generally does not disable strictly necessary cookies and may not prevent every form of data processing.

10.6 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track,” or DNT, setting.

Because there is not currently a single, universally accepted technical or legal standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Site may not respond to all DNT signals.

YG GROUP recognizes that product searches and purchasing inquiries may reveal sensitive business requirements, including production plans, repair requirements, shortage situations, or future procurement activity.

  • We do not intentionally use confidential RFQ messages or target pricing to build advertising profiles;
  • We do not intentionally disclose complete RFQ or BOM information to advertising providers through cookies;
  • Access to submitted inquiry information should be limited to personnel and service providers who require it for legitimate business purposes;
  • Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to improve product coverage, sourcing services, inventory planning, website search, and customer support;
  • Confidential inquiry information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable contractual obligations.

Visitors should avoid placing information in open search fields that they consider highly confidential. Confidential purchasing requirements should be submitted through the designated RFQ, BOM-upload, email, or account channels.

17. Third-Party Websites and Communication Platforms

The Site may contain links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, logistics portals, payment providers, manufacturer websites, or datasheet-hosting services.

When you click a third-party link:

  • You may leave the YG GROUP Site;
  • The third party may receive information such as your IP address, referring URL, or device information;
  • The third party may place its own cookies;
  • The third party’s privacy and cookie policies will apply.

YG GROUP is not responsible for the cookie practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

18. Security

However, no website, transmission method, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
