The NB685A provides a complete power supply with the highest power density for DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3, and DDR4 memory. It integrates a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter (VDDQ) with a 1 A sink/source LDO (VTT) and buffered low noise reference (VTTREF). The NB685A operates at high efficiency over a wide output current load range based on MPS proprietary switching loss reduction technology and internal low Ron power MOSFETs. Adaptive constant-on-time (COT) control mode provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The DC auto-tune loop provides good load and line regulation. The VTT LDO provides 1 A sink/source current capability and requires only a 22 μF ceramic capacitor. The VTTREF tracks VDDQ/2 with excellent 1% accuracy.Full protection features include OC limit, OVP, UVP, over-temperature warning (OTW), and thermal shutdown. The converter requires a minimum number of external components and is available in a QFN 3mm x 3mm package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
NB685AGQ-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official NB685AGQ-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for NB685AGQ-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for NB685AGQ-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
