The MPQ20056 is a low-dropout linear regulator that supplies up to 250mA current with a 100mV dropout voltage and can operate from 2.5V to 5.5V input. The output voltage is preset at 1.8V or 3.3V for the two different packages. An external resistor divider can adjust the output voltage from 0.8V to 5V.An internal PMOS pass element allows for a low 150μA ground current, making the MPQ20056 suitable for battery-powered devices. Other features include low-power shutdown, short-circuit protection, and thermal protection. The MPQ20056 is available in a 2mm×2mm 8-pin QFN and a 5-pin TSOT23-5 packages
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MPQ20056GJ-25-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MPQ20056GJ-25-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MPQ20056GJ-25-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MPQ20056GJ-25-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
