The MP5099 is a protection device that protects circuitry on the output from transients on the input. It also prevents undesired shorts at the input and transients from the output. The MP5099 is a small on resistance (RDS(ON)), low quiescent current (IQ), dual-channel current-limit switch. At start-up, the inrush current is limited by the slew rate at the output. The slew rate is controlled by a capacitor at the SS pin (CSS). The maximum load at the output is current-limited. The current-limit magnitude is internally fixed. The output voltage (VOUT) is limited by the over-voltage protection (OVP) function. The output current (IOUT) of each rail can be monitored via a resistor connected to the IMON pins. The MP5099 is available in a space-saving TQFN-10 (2mmx3mm) package.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP5099GDT-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP5099GDT-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP5099GDT-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP5099GDT-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
