The MP5010A is a protection device designed to protect circuitry on the output (source) from transients on the input (VCC). It also protects the input from undesired shorts and transients coming from the source. A small capacitor on the dv/dt pin controls the slew rate that limit the inrush current at the source. For instance, a 1nF capacitor results in a source ramp-up time of 3ms. The maximum load at the source is current limited using a sense FET topology. An external resistor between the I-Limit pin and the Source pins controls the magnitude of the current limit. An internal charge pump drives the gate of the power device, allowing the DMOS power FET to have a very low ON-resistance of just 40mO. The MP5010A also protects the source from the input being too low or too high. Under-voltage lockout ensures that the input remains above the minimum operating threshold before the power device turns on. If the input rises above the high output threshold, the MP5010A limits the source voltage.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP5010ADQ-LF-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP5010ADQ-LF-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP5010ADQ-LF-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP5010ADQ-LF-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
