The MP3430 is a monolithic step-up converter that integrates a power switch and a biased avalanche photodiode (APD) current monitor. The device can double the output voltage through the APD optical receivers. The MP3430 can provide up to 90V output. The MP3430 uses a current-mode, fixed-frequency architecture to regulate the output voltage, which provides a fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. The MP3430 features two accurate APD current monitoring outputs with 1:10 and 1:2 ratios, respectively. Resistor-adjustable current limiting protects the APD from optical power transients. The MP3430 includes over-current and thermal-overload protection to prevent damage in the event of an output overload. The MP3430 is available in a small 3mm×3mm QFN16 package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP3430GQ-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP3430GQ-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP3430GQ-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP3430GQ-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
