The MP3418 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, current–mode, step-up converter with output disconnect. The MP3418 can start up from an input voltage as low as 0.8V to provide inrush current limiting, and output short-circuit protection. The integrated, P-channel, synchronous rectifier improves efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. The PMOS disconnects the output from the input when the part shuts down. This output disconnect feature allows the output to be completely discharged, thus allowing the part to draw less than 1µA in shutdown mode. The 1.2MHz switching frequency allows for smaller external components, while the internal compensation and the soft-start minimize the external component count: these feature help to produce a compact solution for a wide current load range. The MP3418 is available in a small 8-pin TSOT23 package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP3418GJ-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP3418GJ-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP3418GJ-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP3418GJ-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
