The MP28128 is a 1.5MHz fixed frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator with internal compensation. MP28128 operates from a 2.7V to 6V input and generates an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 0.9xVIN at up to 2.5A load current. The MP28128 integrates a 60mO high side switch and a 60mO synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. With peak current mode control and internal compensation, the MP28128 based solution delivers a very compact footprint with a minimum component count. Fault condition protection includes hiccup short-circuit protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. Other features include frequency synchronization input, internal soft-start and power good output. The MP28128 is available in a small 3x3mm 10-lead QFN package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP28128DQ-LF-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under DC/DC Converters. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP28128DQ-LF-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP28128DQ-LF-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP28128DQ-LF-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
