The MP2176 is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs that can achieve up to 6A of continuous output current from a 1.5V to 6V input voltage with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.61V. Constant-on-time (COT) control provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault condition protections include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The operating frequency is programmed by an external resistor and is compensated for variations in VIN. Full protection features, including over-current protection (OCP), short-circuit protection (SCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and over-temperature protection (OTP), are provided by internal comparators. The MP2176 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard, external components and is available in a QFN-14 (3mmx4mm) package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2176GL-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2176GL-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2176GL-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2176GL-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
