The MP2164 is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in, internal power MOSFETs that can achieve 3A of continuous output current from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range, with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The MP2164 is ideal for powering portable equipment that run on a single-cell Lithium-ion (Li+) battery. Constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response, high light-load efficiency, and easy loop stabilization. Full protection features include output over-voltage protection (OVP), cycle-bycycle current limiting, and thermal shutdown. The MP2164 is available in a QFN-12 (2mmx2mm) package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2164GG-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2164GG-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2164GG-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2164GG-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
