The MP2151 is a monolithic, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in, internal power MOSFETs. The MP2151 achieves 1A of continuous output current from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage, with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Full protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The MP2151 is ideal for a wide range of applications including high-performance DSPs, wireless power, portable and mobile devices, and other low-power systems. The MP2151 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in ultra-small SOT563 or UTQFN (1.2mmx1.6mm) packages.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2151GTF-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2151GTF-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2151GTF-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2151GTF-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
