The MP2107 is an internally compensated 1.5MHz fixed-frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator. MP2107 operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input and generates an output voltage as low as 0.8V. The MP2107 integrates a 60mO high side switch and a 60mO synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. With peak current mode control and internal compensation, the MP2107 based solution delivers a very compact footprint with a minimum component count. The MP2107 is available in a small 3mm x 3mm 10-pin QFN package and the MP2107A is available in an 8-pin SOIC package with an exposed pad.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2107DQ-LF is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2107DQ-LF datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2107DQ-LF fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2107DQ-LF depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
