The MP20045 is a low-dropout linear regulator supplies up to 1A current with 140mV dropout voltage. The output voltage is set externally which ranges from 1.5V to 5V by operating from +2.5V to +5.5V input or can be preset internally from 1.5V to 5V. An internal PMOS pass element is used to allow a low 110μA ground current, making the MP20045 suitable for battery-power devices. Other features include low-power shutdown, short-circuit and thermal protection. The MP20045 is available in 8-pin QFN (3mm x 3mm) and SOIC8E packages.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP20045DN-33-LF-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP20045DN-33-LF-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP20045DN-33-LF-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP20045DN-33-LF-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
