The MP1676 is a synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with built-in internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve up to 6A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide input supply voltage (VIN) range. The M1676 operates at high efficiency across a wide IOUT load range based on MPS's proprietary switching loss reduction technology and internal, low on resistance (RDS(ON)) power MOSFETs. Adaptive constant-on-time (COT) control mode provides fast transient response, eases loop stabilization, and offers very tight output regulation. Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MP1676 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components and is available in a space-saving 8-pin SOT583 (1.6mmx2.1mm) package.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP1676GTL-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP1676GTL-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP1676GTL-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP1676GTL-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
