MPL Optimized Performance with MPS Inductor The MP1652N is a fully integrated, high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. The device offers a very compact solution that achieves 2A of continuous output current (IOUT), with excellent load and line regulation across a wide input voltage (VIN) range. The MP1652N uses synchronous mode for higher efficiency across the IOUT load range. Constant-on-time (COT) control operation provides very fast transient response, easy loop design, and very tight output regulation. Full protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MP1652N requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in a space-saving SOT563 (1.6mmх1.6mm) package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP1652N is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP1652N datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP1652N fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP1652N depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
