The HF300 is an intelligent, high-frequency, flyback, ideal clamping controller that is used to replace the passive resistor-capacitor-diode (RCD) snubber in a flyback circuit to clamp the drain-source voltage spike caused by the leakage inductance (LLKG) after the primary main switch (e.g. MOSFET) turns off. The HF300 is compatible with many flyback modes, such as continuous conduction mode (CCM), discontinuous conduction mode (DCM), quasi-resonant (QR) operation, and zero-voltage switching (ZVS). The HF300 can support up to 300kHz flyback applications, and can also improve the efficiency of a flyback circuit. The HF300 is an ideal substitute for a traditional passive RCD snubber. Replacing this traditional snubber does not increase complexity or system cost. Full protection features and flexible parameter settings guarantee safe operation of the flyback circuit. The HF300 is available in a space-saving TSOT23-6 package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
HF300GJ-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official HF300GJ-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for HF300GJ-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for HF300GJ-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
