The EVQ1918-QE-01A is an evaluation board designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPQ1918-AEC1, a half-bridge driver that can be used to drive the enhancement mode gallium nitride (GaN) FETs or low gate threshold voltage N-channel MOSFETs in half bridge or synchronous applications. The EVQ1918-QE-01A is configured as a buck converter using GaN FETs driven by the MPQ1918-AEC1. It supports open-loop control and can set the output voltage (VOUT) by adjusting the duty cycle of the pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal. For simplicity, only a single PWM signal is required; the on-board circuitry generates PWML and PWMH signals with proper dead time (DT). In a real system, the controller must take care of the DT adjustment. The MPQ1918-AEC1 is available in a FCQFN -14 (3mmx3mm) package with wettable flanks.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
EVQ1918-QE-01A is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Development Tools. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official EVQ1918-QE-01A datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for EVQ1918-QE-01A fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for EVQ1918-QE-01A depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
