The MX7542 is a CMOS 12-Bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) which directly interfaces to both 8-bit and 4-bit microprocessors. Input data is loaded as three 4-bit bytes, and it then transferred to an internal 12-bit DAC register. Data load and transfer interface timing is similar to that of a static RAM write cycle. A Clear input is also provided which resets the DAC register to all zeros. This can be used to initialize the device on power up or during software calibration routines. Low power consumption, +5V operation, and multiplying capability make the MX7542 suitable for numerous high precision processor controlled DAC applications. The MX7542 is supplied in 16-lead DIP and Small Outline packages.

MX7542JCWE+T is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Data Converter ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MX7542JCWE+T datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MX7542JCWE+T fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MX7542JCWE+T depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
