The MAX6279 is a precision, two-terminal shunt mode, bandgap voltage reference available in fixed reverse breakdown voltage of 1.225V. Ideal for space-critical applications, the MAX6279 is offered in an 8-Pin ceramic package.Laser-trimmed resistors ensure precise initial accuracy. With a 25ppm/°C temperature coefficient, the device is offered in three grades of initial accuracy ranging from 0.1% to 0.5%. The MAX6279 has a 70μA to 12mA shunt current capability with low-dynamic impedance, ensuring stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. The MAX6279 does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with capacitive loads. The MAX6279 is a higher precision device than the LM4040/LM4050.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MAX6279 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MAX6279 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MAX6279 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MAX6279 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
