The ADP3405 is a multifunction power management system IC optimized for GSM cell phones. The wide input voltage range of 3.0 V to 7.0 V makes the ADP3405 ideal for both single cell Li-Ion and three cell NiMH designs. The current consumption of the ADP3405 has been optimized for maximum battery life, featuring a ground current of only 150 µA when the phone is in standby (digital LDO, and SIM card supply active). An undervoltage lockout (UVLO) prevents the startup when there is not enough energy in the battery. All four integrated LDOs are optimized to power one of the critical sub-blocks of the phone. Their novel anyCAP®architecture requires only very small output capacitors for stability, and the LDOs are insensitive to the capacitors’ equivalent series resistance (ESR). This makes them stable with any capacitor, including ceramic (MLCC) types for space-restricted applications.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
ADP3405 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official ADP3405 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for ADP3405 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for ADP3405 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
