The RTS5451 is an advanced Type-C Power Delivery Controller that integrates the Type-C and Power Delivery related hardware and firmware. New features in the PD3.0 specification, e.g., Fast Role Swap, Extended Message transmission, PD FW update and more, are implemented in the RTS5451.
The hardware integrates Configuration Channel (CC) logistics, including bus voltage detectors, Rp/Rd resistors, and internal power switches with overcurrent protection to supply VCONN 5V. The RTS5451 also integrates a low insertion loss and return loss 2:1 mux switch. This mux switch’s bandwidth is over 10Gbps and it can contribute to Type-C plug flipping operation. The embedded MCU and BMC PHY are used for PD message communications. The RTS5451 also integrates a 5V to 3.3V LDO regulator and internal oscillator. These integrated hardware blocks can be applied in various applications and dramatically reduce the system BOM cost.
The RTS5451 firmware supports USB Type-C Specification Release 1.2 specification and Power Delivery specification R3.0 V1.0. All the configurations such as power roles, data roles, and current modes of the Type-C port can be configured by firmware. The MCU and firmware also implements the PD Protocols, including the Policy Engine (PE), Device Policy Management (DPM). The RTS5451 has various interfaces to communicate with other components, such as GPIO, I2C, and SMBUS. It is flexible for extending a variety of applications by using these interfaces as well as simplifying the addition of Type-C USB Power Delivery to any architecture. The RTS5451’s SMBUS/I2C slave interface system can implement system control achieving all Power Delivery related functions, such as Cable detection, Power Negotiation, Power Swap, Data Swap, VCONN Swap, etc. The RTS5451 can be statically configured via SMBUS for customized extra functions. Via the I2C master interface, the RTS5451 can control/configure other chips in the system, such as a PMU with I2C, etc.
The RTS5451 can update its firmware with an embedded SPI flash via flexible ISP channels. The ISP function allows configuration of multiple features and settings. The ISP function is easy to use with USB/SMBUS/CCs and the RTS5451's download tool.
The RTS5451 adopts an industry standard 32-pin QFN 4mm*4mm green package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
RTS5451 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Realtek, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official RTS5451 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for RTS5451 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for RTS5451 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.

RTL8127-CG brings 10GbE to compact PCs, but the PCIe link, switch ports and cabling decide whether you see 10GbE end to end. YG GROUP sources the controller code your platform actually validated. Compare measured throughput with a 5GbE upgrade before selecting hardware, then confirm quantities and required dates.

STM32N657X0H3Q brings NPU acceleration to edge AI, but model size, external flash, RAM use and deployment tools decide whether a design fits. YG GROUP therefore quotes the MCU together with your approved memory BOM. Review those constraints before committing, then share exact order codes, quantities and target dates for a sourcing discussion.

In a BQ76952PFBR pack, the top cell can receive less average balancing current because measurements interrupt balancing, so configuration matters as much as the part. YG GROUP sources the full part number once settings are defined. Review configuration, timing and thermal limits for your LiFePO4 pack, then share cell count and quantities.

LTC4286AUK#PBF protects 48 V AI server boards during live insertion and reports power data over PMBus, but the external MOSFET's safe operating area decides survival. YG GROUP sources the controller for that validated power path. Examine inrush control, MOSFET SOA and Linux telemetry support, then specify the exact QFN variant, quantities and delivery dates.
