The MPQ2029 is a low-power linear regulator that supplies power to systems with high-voltage batteries. The MPQ2029 includes a wide 3V to 40V input voltage (VIN) range, low dropout voltage, and low quiescent supply current. The low quiescent current and low dropout voltage allow for operation at extremely low power levels, making the MPQ2029 ideal for low-power microcontrollers and battery-powered equipment. The MPQ2029 provides an adjustable output voltage (VOUT) range of 1.25V to 15V. The regulator output current (IOUT) is limited internally, and the device is protected against short-circuit, overload, and over-temperature conditions. Full protection features include thermal shutdown and current-limit fault protection. The MPQ2029 is available in an SOIC-8EP package, and is available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MPQ2029-AEC1 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MPQ2029-AEC1 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MPQ2029-AEC1 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MPQ2029-AEC1 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
