The MP3430 is a monolithic step-up converter that integrates a power switch and a biased avalanche photodiode (APD) current monitor. The device can double the output voltage through the APD optical receivers. The MP3430 can provide up to 90V output. The MP3430 uses a current-mode, fixed-frequency architecture to regulate the output voltage, which provides a fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. The MP3430 features two accurate APD current monitoring outputs with 1:10 and 1:2 ratios, respectively. Resistor-adjustable current limiting protects the APD from optical power transients. The MP3430 includes over-current and thermal-overload protection to prevent damage in the event of an output overload. The MP3430 is available in a small 3mm×3mm QFN16 package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP3430 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP3430 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP3430 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP3430 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
