The MP3425 is a current mode step up converter with a 3.5A, 90mΩ internal switch to provide a highly efficient regulator with fast response. The MP3425 features a programmed frequency up to 2MHz allowing for easy filtering and low noise. An external compensation pin gives the user flexibility in setting loop dynamics, and operates with small, low ESR ceramic output capacitors. Soft-start results in small inrush current and can be programmed with an external capacitor. The MP3425 operates from an input voltage as low as 3.1V and can generate 48V at up to 350mA from a 12V supply. The MP3425 includes under-voltage lockout, current limiting and thermal overload protection to prevent damage in the event of an output overload. The MP3425 is available in a low profile 14-pin 3x4mm QFN package with exposed pad.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP3425 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP3425 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP3425 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP3425 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
