The MP2208 is an internally compensated 600kHz fixed frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator. With a 3V to 6V bias supply, MP2208 operates from a 3V to 16V input and generates an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 0.9xVIN at up to 4A load current. The MP2208 integrates a 80mΩ high side switch and a 80mΩ synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. With peak current mode control and internal compensation, it can be stabilized with ceramic capacitors and small inductors. Fault condition protection includes short-circuit protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The MP2208 is available in small 3mmx4mm 14-lead QFN packages.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2208DL-LF-Z is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under DC/DC Converters. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2208DL-LF-Z datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2208DL-LF-Z fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2208DL-LF-Z depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
