HFC0300 is a variable off-time controller that uses a fixed-peak–current technique to decrease its frequency as the load lightens. As a result, it offers excellent efficiency at light-load while optimizing the efficiency under other load conditions. When the frequency decreases to threshold, the peak current decreases with the decreasing load to prevent mechanical resonance in the transformer. The controller enters burst mode when the output power falls below a given level. The HFC0300 features various protections such as thermal shutdown, VCC under-voltage lockout, overload protection, short-circuit protection, and over-voltage protection. The HFC0300 is available in SOIC-7 package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
HFC0300 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official HFC0300 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for HFC0300 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for HFC0300 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
