The MP8715 is a 500kHz fixed-frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator. The MP8715 operates from a 4.5V to 21V input and generates an output voltage from 0.8V to VIN with 100% duty cycle operation. The MP8715 integrates a 120mΩ high-side switch and a 50mΩ synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. It offers a very compact solution to achieve 4A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. External soft start and power good indication allow the part to meet flexible design requirements. The MP8715 is available in a space saving 8-pin SOIC package with an exposed pad.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
EV8715DN-00A is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Development Tools. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official EV8715DN-00A datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for EV8715DN-00A fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for EV8715DN-00A depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
