The EV6420-J-00A is an evaluation board for the MP6420. The MP6420 provides overcharge protection that integrates a protective, open-drain MOSFET for 2-series or 3-series cell Li-ion power systems. The MP6420 provides a ±15mV, high-accuracy, overcharge threshold to monitor all series’ battery pack conditions. With the high-accuracy threshold, the MP6420 can provide different fixed thresholds from 4.2V to 4.8V internally. Any cell overcharge that occurs turns on the internal protective MOSFET to indicate the error after an internally set, fixed delay time. The MP6420 is available in a small, space-saving TSOT23-8 package.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
EV6420-J-00A is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Development Tools. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official EV6420-J-00A datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for EV6420-J-00A fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for EV6420-J-00A depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
