The MIC912 is a high-speed, operational amplifier with a gain-bandwidth product of 200MHz. The part is unity-gain stable provided its output is loaded with at least 200Ω. It has a very low, 2.4mA supply current, and features the tiny SOT23-5 package.
Supply voltage range is from ±2.5V to ±9V, allowing the MIC912 to be used in low-voltage circuits or applications requiring large dynamic range.
The MIC912 is stable driving any capacitive load and achieves excellent PSRR, making it much easier to use than most conventional high-speed devices. Low supply voltage, low power consumption, and small packing make the MIC912 ideal for portable equipment. The ability to drive capacitive loads also makes it possible to drive long coaxial cables.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MIC912 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Microchip, categorized under Amplifier ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MIC912 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MIC912 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MIC912 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
