The Ceramic Packaged GC4200 series are high speed (cathode base) PIN diodes made with high resistivity epitaxial silicon material. These diodes are passivated with silicon dioxide for high stability and reliability and have been proven by thousands of device hours in high reliability systems.
These devices can withstand storage temperatures from -65°C to +200°C and will operate over the range from -55°C to +150°C. All devices meet or exceed military environmental specifications of MIL-PRF-19500. The GC4200 series will operate with as little as +10 mA forward bias. Released model GC4271.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
GC4220-02 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Microchip, categorized under Diodes & Rectifiers. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official GC4220-02 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for GC4220-02 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for GC4220-02 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
