The HMC604LP3(E) is a versatile, high dynamic range GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that integrates a low loss LNA bypass mode on the IC. The amplifier is ideal for WiMAX & C-band Radio receivers operating between 4.8 and 6.0 GHz and provides 1.5 dB noise figure, 15 dB of gain and +26 dBm IP3 from a single supply of +5V @ 42mA. Input and output return losses are 12 and 14 dB respectively with no external matching components required. A single control line (0/Vdd) is used to switch between LNA mode and a low loss bypass mode which reduces the current consumption to 10 μA.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
HMC604 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Unclassified. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official HMC604 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for HMC604 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for HMC604 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
