The NB680A is a fully integrated, high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with a fixed 3.36V Vout and low-power mode voltage scaling. It offers a very compact solution to achieve an 8A continuous output current and a 10A peak output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. The NB680A operates at high efficiency over a wide output current load range based on MPS proprietary switching loss reduction technology and internal low Ron power MOSFETs.Adaptive constant-on-time (COT) control mode provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The DC auto-tune loop provides good load and line regulation. The NB680A provides a fixed 3.3V LDO, which can be used to power the external peripheries, such as the keyboard controller in laptops. Also, a 250kHz CLK is available on the NB680A. Its output can be used to drive an external charge pump, generating gate drive voltage for the load switches without reducing the main converter’s efficiency. Full protection features include OC limit, OVP, UVP, and thermal shutdown. NB680A requires a minimum number of external components and is available in a QFN-12 2mm x 3mm package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
NB680AGD-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official NB680AGD-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for NB680AGD-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for NB680AGD-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
