The MPQ3452 is a current control mode, step-up converter with a 3.5A, 90mΩ internal MOSFET for fast transient response. The device operates from a 3.1V to 22V input voltage (VIN) range, and can generate up to 22V of output voltage (VOUT). The MPQ3452 features a configurable switching frequency (fSW) of up to 2MHz for easy filtering and low noise. External compensation allows the loop dynamics to be flexibly set via small, low-ESR ceramic output capacitors. Soft start (SS) provides a small inrush current and can be configured via an external capacitor. Full protection features include under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection, current limiting, and thermal shutdown. The MPQ3452 is available in a low-profile QFN-14 (3mmx4mm) package with an exposed pad.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
