The MP9485 is a high-voltage, step-down, switching regulator that delivers up to 0.5A of current to the load. It integrates a high-side, high-voltage power MOSFET with a current limit of 1.0A, typically. The wide 4.5V to 100V input range accommodates a variety of step-down applications, making it ideal for automotive, industry, and lighting applications. Hysteretic voltage-mode control is employed for very fast response. MPS’s proprietary feedback control scheme minimizes the number of required external components. The switching frequency can be up to 2MHz, allowing for small component size. Thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection (SCP) provide reliable and fault-tolerant operations. A 170µA quiescent current allows the MP9485 to be used in battery-powered applications. The MP9485 is available in a SOIC-8 package with an exposed pad.

MP9485GN-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP9485GN-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP9485GN-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP9485GN-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
