The MP6907 is a low-drop diode emulator controller IC that, when combined with an external MOSFET, can replace Schottky diodes in high-efficiency flyback converters. The MP6907 regulates the forward drop of an external switch to about 70mV, which switches off once the voltage becomes negative. The MP6907 provides a SYNC interface to receive an external signal to shut down the gate driver for reliable continuous conduction mode (CCM) operation. A programmable light-load sleep mode can reduce the IC’s quiescent current to ~150μA. The MP6907 is available in compact SOIC8 and TSOT23-6 packages.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP6907 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP6907 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP6907 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP6907 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
