The MP4459 is a high frequency step-down switching regulator with an integrated internal high-side high voltage power MOSFET. It provides 1.5A output with current mode control for fast loop response and easy compensation. The wide 4.5V to 36V input range accommodates a variety of step-down applications, including those in automotive systems. A 100µA operational quiescent current is suitable for use in battery-powered applications. The frequency foldback helps prevent inductor current runaway during startup and thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant operation. In some applications, such as AM radio and ADSL applications, in which the device is sensitive to frequency band, the MP4459 can avoid the related EMI problem by setting the frequency at 4MHz. The MP4459 is available in thin 10-pin 3x3mm TQFN package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP4459 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP4459 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP4459 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP4459 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
