The MP3421 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, current–mode, step-up converter with true output disconnect. The MP3421 starts up from low input voltage (as low as 1.9V) while providing in-rush current limiting and output short-circuit protection. The integrated, P-channel synchronous rectifier improves efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode; the P-channel disconnects the output load from the input during shutdown. The MP3421 has 600kHz switching frequency, which accommodates small external components. In addition, its internal compensation and soft-start functions minimize external component count. The MP3421 provides a compact solution for a 5V output, 2.1A load requirement, using a supply voltage as low as 2.8V.The MP3421 is available in a 14-pin QFN 2mmx2mm package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP3421GG-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP3421GG-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP3421GG-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP3421GG-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
