The MP3416 is a low quiescent current, step-up converter that uses peak-currentcontrol and variable frequency architecture to regulate the output voltage. The MP3416 can work with an input voltage as low as 0.86Vto provide an output voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V. The MP3416 works in peak-current-control modeand provides good transient response. The integrated P-channel synchronous rectifier improves efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. In light-load condition, the peak current declines to about 350mA, and the device enters pulse-skip mode to save power loss. When the MP3416 shuts down, the output is disconnected from the input, allowing the output to draw less than 0.65µA in shutdown mode. The MP3416 is available in 8-pin TSOT23 and 8-pin QFN (1.5mmx2.0mm) packages.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP3416 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP3416 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP3416 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP3416 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
