MPL Optimized Performance with MPS Inductor The MP3414E is a high-efficiency, current-mode, synchronous step-up converter with output disconnect. It can start up from an input voltage (VIN) as low as 0.8V. The device provides inrush current limiting and output short-circuit protection (SCP). The integrated, P-channel synchronous rectifier improves efficiency and eliminates the requirement of an external Schottky diode. If the part shuts down, then the P-channel MOSFET disconnects the output from the input. Output disconnect allows the output to be discharged completely, which allows for the 1μA supply current in shutdown mode (ISD). The fixed 1MHz switching frequency (fSW) allows for smaller external components. Internal compensation and soft start (SS) reduce the external component count, providing a compact solution. The MP3414E features an integrated power MOSFET that supports up to 4V of output voltage (VOUT) and up to 1.8A of peak current (IPEAK). The MP3414E is available in a small TSOT23-8 package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP3414EGJ is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP3414EGJ datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP3414EGJ fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP3414EGJ depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
