The MP3221 is a 1.2MHz frequency, 6-pin TSOT23 current mode step up converter intended for small, low power applications. The device can step up three-cell alkaline, NiCd, and NiMH batteries, or a single-cell Li-on battery up to 6V. It is capable of delivering 1A output current at 5V with a supply voltage of 3V. The MP3221 provides the internal soft start and compensation to minimize the external component count and help producing a compact solution. It integrates a FAULT driver for external PMOS to disconnect the output from input when the part shuts down or in output short circuit condition. This disconnect feature allows the output to be completely discharged, thus allowing the part to draw less than 1µA off current in shutdown mode. The MP3221 is available in a small 6pin TSOT23 package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP3221GJ-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP3221GJ-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP3221GJ-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP3221GJ-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
