The MP2695 is a highly integrated, flexible, switch-mode battery charging management device designed for a single-cell Li-ion and Li-polymer battery used in a wide range of portable applications. The MP2695 integrates three battery-charging phases: pre-charge, constant-current, and constant-voltage charge. This device also manages the input power source by input current limit regulation and minimum input voltage regulation. Using an I2C interface, the host can flexibly program the charge parameters. The device operating status can also be read in the registers. Safety features include input over-voltage protection, battery under-voltage protection, thermal shutdown, and JEITA battery temperature monitoring. The MP2695 is available in a 21-pin QFN (3mmx3mm) package. Advantages Include: Small 3mm x 3mm solution size High efficiency: >94% efficiency at 3A charge current Advanced safety features including programmable JEITA NTC Monitoring, Charging Timer, Input/output OVP, and Thermal Shutdown I2C programmable parameters including input current and voltage regulation, charge current, battery voltage, and NTC thresholds
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2695 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2695 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2695 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2695 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
