The MP2670 is a high performance single cell Li-Ion/Li-Polymer battery charger protection circuit. By integrating high voltage input protection into the charger IC, the MP2670 can tolerate an input surge up to +30V. The device features input over voltage protection (OVP), battery over voltage protection (BOVP) and over charge current protection (OCP). The device also provides fault indications to the system when any of the protection events happens. For guaranteed safe operation, the MP2670 monitors its own internal temperature and turns off the MOSFET bridging VIN and OUT when the die temperature exceeds 150oC. The MP2670 is available in a 10-pin 3mm x 3mm QFN package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2670 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2670 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2670 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2670 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
