The MP2174C is a monolithic, step-down, switch mode converter with built-in, internal power MOSFETs. It achieves 4A of continuous output current from a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response and easy loop stabilization. Fault condition protections include cyclebycycle current limit and thermal shutdown. The MP2174C requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in an ultra-small QFN-12 (2mmx2mm) package. The MP2174C is ideal for a wide range of applications, including PDAs, portable instruments, DVD drives, and small handheld devices.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2174C is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2174C datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2174C fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2174C depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
