The MP2012 is a fully integrated, internally compensated 1.2MHz fixed frequency PWM step-down converter. It is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) Battery, with an input range from 2.7V to 6V. The MP2012 can provide up to 1.5A of load current with output voltage as low as 0.8V. It can also operate at 100% duty cycle for low dropout applications. With peak current mode control and internal compensation, the MP2012 is stable with ceramic capacitors and small inductors. Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. MP2012 is available in the small 6-pin 3x3mm QFN package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP2012DQ-LF-P is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP2012DQ-LF-P datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP2012DQ-LF-P fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP2012DQ-LF-P depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
