The MP1541 is a 5-pin thin SOT23 current mode step up converter intended for small, low power applications. The MP1541 switches at 1.3MHz and allows the use of tiny, low cost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height. Internal soft start results in small inrush current and extends battery life. The MP1541 operates from an input voltage as low as 2.5V and can generate 12V at up to 200mA from a 5V supply. The MP1541 includes under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage in the event of an output overload. The MP1541 is available in a small 5pin TSOT23 package or a QFN-8(2mmX2mm) Package.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP1541GG is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP1541GG datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP1541GG fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP1541GG depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
