The MP1531 is a triple output step-up converter with charge-pumps to make a complete DC/DC converter to power a TFT LCD panel from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The MP1531 includes a 250kHz fixed frequency step-up converter and a positive and negative linear regulator. The linear regulators are powered via charge-pumps driven by the step-up converter switch node. A single on/off control enables all 3 outputs. The outputs are internally sequenced at poweron for ease of use. An internal soft-start prevents overloading the input source at startup. Cycle-by-cycle current limit reduces component stress. The MP1531 is available in both a tiny 16-pin QFN package (3mm x 3mm) and a 16-pin TSSOP package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MP1531 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MP1531 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MP1531 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MP1531 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
