The EV8008-V-00A evaluation board is designed to demonstrate the capability of the MP8008, which is an integrated IEEE 802.3af/at PoE-compliant powered device (PD) power supply converter. It includes a PD interface and peak current mode flyback controller. The PD interface has all the functions of IEEE 802.3af/at, and sets 120mA inrush current limit, 840mA operation current limit as well as a 100V hot-swap MOSFET. The flyback PWM controller can drive an external MOSFET capable of handling more than 10A of current. The PSM function improves the efficiency in light-load conditions. The MP8008 flyback features overload, short output, and over-voltage protection (OVP). The MP8008 can support a front-end solution for PoE-PD application, and is available in a QFN-28 (4mmx5mm) package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
EV8008-V-00A is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Development Tools. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official EV8008-V-00A datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for EV8008-V-00A fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for EV8008-V-00A depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
